Since its opening in 2005 in Benidorm (and two years later in Murcia), Terra Natura has transformed the traditional zoo concept to offer an immersive experience, halfway between a safari and a theme park, where animals live in environments that faithfully recreate their natural habitat.
In recent years, the park has diversified its offer by incorporating accommodation in cabins, in collaboration with the Magic Costa Blanca hotel chain, reinforcing its proposal for nature tourism and family leisure.
In both Benidorm and Murcia, Terra Natura relies on Experticket as an integral platform for the management of its operations: online sales, group reservations, physical ticket offices, access control and integration with multiple third-party tools, such as payment gateways, accounting systems and operational control solutions. Everything integrated under a single solution.

During the visit, we learned about some of Terra Natura's most recent projects , such as the opening of the new Magic Pirates Island theme resort in Benidorm, or the photovoltaic installation of more than 1,000 kW of power that will allow the park to move towards energy self-consumptionand reinforce its commitment to sustainability.
Terra Natura Benidorm is currently celebrating Halloween 2025 with a program packed with activities, workshops and shows for the whole family. According to Javier Zapata, Communications Director of the park, this special season seeks to "bring nature and fun to all audiences, offering unique experiences that connect emotion and learning".
