Experticket and Puy du Fou: Technology and Strategy at IFTM Paris 2026

IFTM Paris is once again a meeting place for Experticket and Puy du Fou, two teams that share a vision of the role of technology in the evolution of the leisure and attractions industry.

During our participation in IFTM Paris 2026, we had the opportunity to reconnect with Aurélie Alves Tate from Puy du Fou to share perspectives on the industry’s evolution and continue strengthening our relationship.

This meeting holds special significance given the history of our collaboration. We had previously met at IFTM 2025, shortly after Puy du Fou became Experticket’s first project in France and marked our entry into this market.

Since then, the relationship has evolved from a technology project into an ongoing collaboration, in which technology, operations, and business strategy are increasingly interconnected.

In early 2026, we also had the opportunity to hold a strategic meeting at Puy du Fou Spain, in Toledo, to analyze the operation’s progress and future priorities.

IFTM: Where Relationships Become Market Insights

For Experticket, participating in IFTM isn’t just about holding business meetings. It’s an opportunity to understand where the market is heading and how the priorities of tourism and leisure operators are changing.

The conversation with Puy du Fou is a good example.

In an environment where operators are managing an increasing number of channels, markets, and products, technology has a direct impact on strategic issues: how inventory is marketed, how distribution is scaled, how different systems are connected, and how that complexity is transformed into a seamless experience for the visitor.

That’s why these meetings have value beyond the supplier-client relationship. They allow us to compare technology decisions with the real needs of large operators and understand which challenges will have the greatest impact on their business in the coming years.

France Remains a Strategic Market

Our presence at IFTM is also part of Experticket’s commitment to France as one of the most important European markets for the tourism, leisure, and attractions industry.

Having Christelle Larché, our Commercial Delegate in France, on the ground allows us to maintain a close presence and develop long-term relationships with local operators and partners.

We would like to thank Aurélie Alves Tate and the Puy du Fou team for the time we spent together in Paris and for the trust we continue to build.
