Last Friday, December 12, the Experticket team held its 10th Annual Works Council, a key event to take stock of the year, share vision and reinforce the team spirit that has accompanied us since our beginnings.
During the session, the CEO, César Fernández, reviewed the company's trajectory: where we came from, how we got to where we are today and, above all, where we want to go in the coming years. An exercise in reflection that allowed us to put into context the challenges we have faced and the achievements we have made.
Throughout the committee, the main projects developed in the last stage were reviewed, highlighting the collective effort of the team to continue improving our ticketing solution and adapt it to the real needs of leisure, culture and tourism venues.
One of the most relevant points was Experticket's internationalization process, which continues to make solid progress. Currently, the company already has apresence in Andorra, France, Italy, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, a key step in our strategy of growth and consolidation in the European market.
This development has also been accompanied by a constant growth of the team, with new incorporations that reinforce different areas of the company and bring talent, experience and new perspectives to our day to day.
The meeting took place in a close and relaxed atmosphere, accompanied by an informal breakfast that allowed all attendees to exchange impressions, ideas and experiences, reinforcing internal communication and the feeling of belonging.
After the committee meeting, the team went to a local reference in the Valencian capital to share a team meal and close the year as it deserves. It was a moment to celebrate the achievements, enjoy together and thank for the work done throughout the year.
During the meal, we also organized raffles of tickets and trips, putting the finishing touch to a day marked by the good atmosphere and excitement for what is to come.
