That is why we are particularly delighted to welcome Angélica Garro, a professional with more than twenty years of experience in marketing, production, ticketing, communications, and business development in the entertainment and cultural sectors.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in projects related to theater, musicals, and the arts, as well as music and artistic production, holding various roles in show production, tour coordination, event management and protocol, digital marketing, and business development.
Her experience combines a broad perspective on the industry with in-depth knowledge of various disciplines in digital marketing and communications—ranging from search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search marketing (SEM) to social media, affiliate marketing, display advertising, and mobile marketing. This perspective enables him to bridge the gap between strategy, implementation, and results analysis.
Furthermore, her experience in ticketing and her knowledge of the entertainment industry provide a particularly valuable perspective for Experticket and for our relationships with operators and industry professionals.
In this new role, Angélica joins the Experticket team to drive the development of new markets and verticals within the leisure and entertainment industry. Her experience will help us identify new opportunities, understand the specific needs of each segment, and apply this knowledge both to the evolution of our solution and to our sales and business development strategy.
The goal is to link industry knowledge more directly to the product and the business: to understand where new opportunities lie, what these operators need, and how Experticket must evolve to meet those needs in a scalable way.
