Raquel joins our team after specializing in Web Development, bringing a solid technical foundation to her more than twenty years of experience in customer service, support, and incident management. Throughout her career, she has worked in sectors such as telecommunications, public administration, leisure, and tourism, gaining extensive experience in customer service and in the coordination and management of processes. This background has allowed her to develop strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, which she now complements with her technical knowledge.
Most recently, she has worked as a full-stack developer, utilizing technologies such as PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and GitHub within an environment based on agile methodologies.
