Experticket consolidates its strategic alliance with Grupo Santa María, operator of Terra Mítica, Aqualandia and Mundomar.

We met with the group's management team in Benidorm to continue building the digital future of the main leisure parks in the Valencian Community.

This week we visited the Terra Mítica facilities in Benidorm to hold a strategic meeting with the management team of Grupo Santa María, the business group in charge of three of the main leisure facilities in the Mediterranean arc: Terra Mítica, Aqualandia and Mundomar.

During the meeting, we had the privilege of sharing vision and work with three leaders in the sector: Benjamín Gualde (Marketing & Revenue Manager), Jenifer Ramis (Sales and Contracting Manager) and Antonio Cuenca (CFO of the Group). A session of analysis, planning and roadmap where we reinforced our mutual commitment to continue growing together in innovation, distribution, sales and operational excellence.

Who is Santa María Group?

Grupo Santa María is one of the largest tourism and leisure operators in Spain. Headquartered in Benidorm, it is the parent company that manages, develops and positions three reference brands for family tourism and entertainment in the Valencian Community:

Terra Mítica

Opened in 2000, Terra Mítica is one of the most emblematic theme parks in Europe, inspired by the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean (Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia). It combines adrenaline rides, live shows and historical recreations, all integrated in an immersive environment that attracts visitors of all ages.

A pioneer in its category, Aqualandia was the first water park in Spain, opened in 1985. With a surface area of more than 150,000 m², it houses attractions such as Verti-Go (the world's highest capsule slide in its category) and 20 other aquatic experiences for visitors of all ages.

Mundomar

A family-oriented nature park, Mundomar offers close-up experiences with marine and tropical animals, shows with dolphins, sea lions and parrots, and educational activities with a conservationist vocation.

From technology supplier to strategic partner

The relationship between Experticket and Grupo Santa María began focused exclusively on the distribution layer, with a very specific objective: to organize and professionalize indirect sales through agencies, tour operators, portals and accommodation channels.

Little by little, and after overcoming joint challenges - including pandemics - a cross-cutting collaboration model based on trust, transparency and measurable performance was consolidated. Today we can proudly state that Experticket has become the group's core software for the sale, distribution and operation of its parks.
